We apply layered protections across every part of your 0re account — from the moment you deposit via Paytm to the session logs stored after you log out.

Data We Collect

We collect your name, contact details, payment method identifiers (such as your UPI VPA or Paytm mobile number), and session metadata. We do not collect more than is needed to run and secure your account.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your language and display settings. Analytics cookies are optional — you can turn them off from your account settings at any time.

Account Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes; we never hold them in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it, especially if your account is linked to a UPI or PhonePe wallet.

Data Retention

We keep transaction records and identity documents for as long as required by applicable law. Once that period ends, we delete or anonymise your data. You can request early deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

Who Can Access Your Data

Only authorised 0re staff with a direct operational need can access your personal record. Payment processors like UPI and Paytm receive only the data required to settle each transaction — nothing beyond that.

Requesting Changes

To correct, export or delete your data, contact us via email or live chat. We will verify your identity, then act on your request within the timeframe required by applicable India data-protection rules.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, when you make a deposit, your payment identifier — such as your UPI VPA or Paytm number. We only gather what is necessary to verify identity and process transactions on your account.

Payment identifiers are stored in encrypted form and accessible only to our payment-processing systems. We do not store your full bank credentials. UPI and PhonePe transaction references are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

Yes. Submit a data-access request through our Help Centre or email support. After we verify your identity we will compile and send you a complete record of the personal data we hold, within the period required by applicable law.

Contact our privacy team via email or live chat and specify that you want your data deleted. We will remove non-mandatory data promptly. Some records — such as transaction logs — must be kept for a legally required period before deletion.

We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers. Data is shared only with payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe) to settle transactions, and with identity-verification partners where local law requires it — nothing more.
